Manufacturing / Foreign Investment field, 5 years experience, or

Business Consulting / Merges & Acquisitions field, 5 years experience

Management position, 5 years experience

Requirement of ability: capable of negotiating, highly capable of investigative work, good communication skills, good team worker.

Job Description:

- responsible for the preparation of feasibility studies, due diligence, market survey, and related information for the evaluation of the constitution of WOFE and/or JV of a chemical manufacturing plant

- responsible for the presentation of such reports to the regional manager

- capable of understanding and preparing basic financial information of the project, balance sheets, cash flows, etc.

- solid finance analysis ability.

- responsible for caring out business negotiations needed to complete up to the due diligence stage

Salary/Welfare:

- Annual Salary (pre-tax) 200000

- Monthly Salary of Trial Period (pre-tax): RMB:

- Monthly Salary after attaining the permanent status (pre-tax): RMB

- 12 Months Salary/year: Annual Bonus 10%
