AssistantCost Controller  助理成本总监

Reportto：Controller

岗位职责 Responsibility:

l  Complete monthly forecast,including MIC, OPS, Overhead, Cash flow etc.

l  Organize and completefactory annual planning.

l  Provide monthly report toRHQ and WHQ.

l  IBD shipment and bookingunits, sales and margin analysis

l  Complete and support annualaudit, ACA, SOXA etc. from in and out company

l  Complete monthly forecast,including MIC, OPS, Overhead and Headcount etc.

l  Factory margin analysis andimprovement

l  The overhead control andanalysis to achieve annual target

l  Monitor the factoryinventory in and out, ensure all the inventory under control

l  Monitor and controlsupplier chain, understand the trend of raw material price, provide opportunityon SCM

l  Monitor factory cost database and prepare the variance monthly and quarterly

l  Setup and improve workscontrol P&P, ensure factory operation complain with Group policy.

l  Support others departmentto improve the efficiency and process

l  Finance and manufacture ERPsystem support

岗位要求Qualifications：

l  Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Business or related field.

l  8 years or aboveexperiences on costing analysis in manufacturing industry.

l  Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills (in both English and Chinese), and strong interpersonal /collaborative skills.

l  Be familiar with factory process.

l  Knowledge of theSarbanes-Oxley Act, FCPA is a plus.

l  Good at software-Office,especially with EXCEL.

l  Knowledge on JDE system isa plus.
