We are looking for an Assistant VicePresident of Financial Reporting.

Urban Green Energy (UGE) is a leader in thedistributed energy market, breaking ground with innovative products andbusiness models for the locations where energy matters most.  Basedin NYC, we have deployed projects in nearly 80 countries to customers includinglarge government agencies, high profile corporate clients, the telecomsindustry, and residential customers.

UGE is expected to list on the TSXV in Q1 of2014. As we prepare for our public listing and continue to grow around theworld, we are looking for someone who can lead our accounting processes inChina under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), aid inimplementation of a global accounting software that integrates our US and Chinaaccounting and further develop control and reporting mechanisms. This is a newposition, with the tasks of the role primarily being filled by the CFO andother accountants until this time.  

This individual will be tasked with:

·Work closely with China accountants tounderstand financial situation in China GAAP accounting,

·Convert China GAAP statements into IFRSstandards,

·Maintain account of all adjustments made,

·Work closely with CFO and China team toimplement additional internal financial and reporting controls,

·Aid in the implementation of softwareapplicable for IFRS in China,

·Work seamlessly with UGE management,primarily located in New York.

In order to fulfill these important tasks, weseek ambitious individuals who have:

·Minimum 5 years of experience in IFRSaccounting standards,

·Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese,

·Understanding of both Old and New China GAAPstrongly preferred,

·Entrepreneurial and clean tech experience aplus,

·Strong understanding of internationalcultures a plus
