一、CFO（高薪）
年 龄 35-45周岁 学 历 大学本科以上 专 业 财务管理等相关专业
性 别 不限 电脑技能 熟悉使用办公及财务软件 语言要求 英语精通
其 他 职业形象佳，胜任出差。
经验要求
具备对经营业务的管控意识与能力、优秀的专业素质和职业操守。
具备世界500强外资企业、工业或地产从业背景者优先。
职责描述
全面分管财务、法务、采购、预算部管理工作，包括：
部门建设，包括制度建设、队伍建设等。
工作目标、计划、控制、组织、执行、协调等。
协调与公司内其它业务线工作关系。
二、Audit Specialist
Experience Required:
? Four-year college degree – accounting/finance degree preferred
? At least 1 year of internal audit, audit, and/or accounting experience
? Maturity in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
? Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) in a logical, clear, concise manner when presenting information (work must be readily understood by senior executives)
? Strong attention to detail with an ability to demonstrate analytical strengths
? Ability to work well in a team environment by setting a good example as well as willingness to assist other team members in completing related tasks
? Ability to prioritize and/or work on several tasks at once and to change focus at a moments notice
Professional Qualities:
? Sound business judgment
? Ability to build and maintain relationships
? Problem solving ability
? Ability to work on several projects at once with minimal supervision
Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualification:
? Knowledge of Accenture Time & Expense Reporting Policies & Procedures
? Knowledge of Accenture business practices and market units
? Moderate to advanced knowledge of Windows applications including Excel, Access and Word
? Some awareness of country laws regarding time and expense
? Some knowledge of payroll taxation rules
三、英语/日语/韩语（或其中双语）高级财务服务专员及主管
职位要求：流利的语言沟通能力，两到三年以上财务相关工作经验。有留学经验或者外企工作经验优先考虑。
四、FP&A
Responsibilities:
? provide advanced financial analysis to support growth throughout our China operations
? be involved in the financial planning related to the integration of acquired businesses and provide leadership in determining customer pricing for our services
? be responsible for preparing financial reviews for the corporate leadership team and board of director presentations
Requirements:
? bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or other related technical area and should possess an MBA degree with a finance emphasis
? have 3 to 7 years of financial experience in FP&A with increasing responsibility
? Superior analytical and presentations skills are required
? A high degree of computer literacy is also required
五、Finance Solution Manager
工作职责：
? 应客户的要求，到客户端，为客户解决财务方面的问题；
? 项目移管前，到客户端，与客户进行沟通，了解客户需求，根据客户的现有状况，为客户提供切实可行的解决方案；
? 项目移管后，解决在现有流程中存在的问题，提高流程效率。
职位要求：
? 本科或同等学历，财务相关专业优先；
? 3-5年外企财务工作经验，有BPO相关工作经历者优先；
? 良好日语/英语沟通能力；
? 良好PC Skills, 擅长做各种演示文档；
? 优秀的沟通能力，演示技能，解决问题的能力。
六、财务运营经理-英语或日语
工作职责：
?督促和领导团队业绩满足客户需求；
?全面了解流程，确定问题所在，找到根本原因并实施有效的解决方案；
?以日/周/月为单位汇总流程数据并做好月报；
?发现机会提高生产率并在业绩表现上超越客户的期望；
?对人力资源进行统筹规划包括招聘面试、绩效评估、热力资源统筹；
?领导和激励团队成员提高业绩，汇总团队成员业绩表现并给与及时的反馈；
?负责团队成员的个人发展和个人行动计划，发掘有潜质的员工，培养和指导；
?保持与客户的定期沟通，确保客户较高的满意度；
?负责将客户的要求，及解决方案提供给部门经理，并做好后期相应的沟通和执行。
职位要求：
?本科及同等学历，财务相关专业；
?5年以上财务工作经历，2年以上大型外资企业团队管理的工作经验；了解跨国公司财务习惯及运营方式；
?流利清晰的日语口语能力及优秀的英日语读写技能，熟练的计算机应用能力；
?善于学习、自我激励；成熟、独立性强，高度的工作责任感及客户服务意识；
?优秀的团队领导能力和人际沟通协调能力
工作地点：大连
七、财务主管(Process Leader)
Roles:
1.领导小组成员完成日常的工作安排；
2.配合项目经理对项目进展进行控制；
3.与客户进行日常的沟通，解答客户提出的咨询；
Requirement:
1.财务/会计专业，本科或相当学历；
2.3年以上工作经验（总帐或应收应付） ；
3.良好的英语沟通能力，或者韩英，粤英双语。
