Job Description

Brief Description：Responsiable for all tax issues and communicate with HQ tax dapartment

Detailed Description：

Responsible for the whole work about tax in financial department , including the tax accounting records, fill the tax return forms and submit to the tax bureau ,purchasing and verifying the invoice from tax bureau ,communicate with tax bureau ,and communicate with the company’s internal tax department for the daily work ,and responsible for the Fixed Assets Module’s record ,and finish other work distributed by the manager .

Behavioral Competencies：

Ability to:

Good communication ability with other people

Good co-operate spirit within the team

Honesty and clever

Have the ability to study the new knowledge fast

Technical Skills：

Good skill in English including writing and fluent communication with others in English

Good skill in office software ,especially in Excel

Have the experience in using ERP system

the candidate who have the qualification of CICPA or China Charted accountant is preferred

Education / Experience

Bachelor degree with the subject is financial accounting , at least four years’ working experience , and have the working experience with tax , the candidate who has the working experience in Foreign owned company / IT company or ERP experience is preferred .

我问个问题比较冒昧哈,我觉得这个薪水即使在北京应该也不错哈,可是我看这个JD,说的不是特别的清楚呀,这个人连购买发票都负责了而且同时负责固定资产模块,感觉不是特别高的职位呀,怎么薪水这么高呢?这个JD给我的感觉是普通的税务人员,在北京地区可以给出这么高的OFFER了吗?

呵呵,我这个问题比较冒昧,希望大家批评.

我个人觉得职位的高低不是显示在我们做了多少，而是显示在我们水平，是显示在我们能做到少和能做多深。

3楼的朋友看得挺认真的。事实上我们也有会员去应聘过。这个职位需要直接和外籍上司打交道，所以在英语口语方面要求非常高。这可能是给出的薪水比较高的原因之一吧。另外很多时候JD上列出的条件并不能完全反映一个职位真实的要求，公司所处的行业，效益水平，薪资政策等对最终列出的OFFER影响都很大。
