Responsibility:

-Fulfills financial consolidated reporting requirements and timeliness based on China GAAP, HK GAAP and IAS
-Leads and selects the development of new efficient accounting systems and tools.
-Leads and oversees the implementation of new internal controls and processes to ensure system integrity and compliance with accounting and tax system and Company requirements and guidelines. Identifies and resolves complex accounting and tax system issues.
-Reviews, analyzes and interprets complex Company directives, policies and regulatory requirements to guide, direct and recommend overall accounting policies and practices.
-Manages, leads, and develops the accounting team. Consistently and proactively build effective working relationships with other team leaders, managers and internal employees.
-Deals with the tax authority for tax plan & tax audit.
-Keeps close communication with internal leaders to meet the business requirement

Requirement:

-College diploma or bachelor degree and above, majoring in Finance/Accounting, with CPA preferred.
-At least 8 years' finance & accounting-related work experience in trading company
-Advanced knowledge of PRC GAAP, HK GAAP and IAS, tax and other regulatory accounting rules.
-Strong analytical skills and potential decision-making ability.
-Ability and desire to effectively lead and guide coworkers in the application of financial / accounting processes.
-Very strong ability and rich experience in making consolidated financial reporting
-Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
