Title: Financial Controller
Location: Beijing
Report to: CEO
Company: A Pre-IPO company in Pharmaceutical Sector
Budget: RMB 400K
Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not be limited to:
l Lead the company's financial function
l Set up / improve the company's accounting policy
l In charge of daily financial operation
l Lead the interim financial reporting and auditor's review
l Responsible for financial analysis and reporting to the management team
l Coordinate with management team to prepare monthly operation review
l Control service costing via interactions with research team
l Lead the company's budgeting and forecasting
l Improve the internal financial operation process and enhance the internal control
l Coordinate with external parties regarding all financial related issues
l Cash flow and tax management
Requirements: The ideal candidate should have the following competencies:
l At least 3-5 years of financial controller experience
l 15-20 yrs of financial experience
l Good technical, financial skills
l Capability to manage and lead the team
l High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
l Good US GAAP Knowledge
l Experience at a group company is preferred
l Positive and has strong desire to succeed
l Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
l Good English
