Regular Responsibility:
Assistant regional head to develop strategic plan and business plan；
Quarterly plan and rolling forecast on regional point of view;
Coordinate accounting closing month end closing;
Review US GAAP trial balance and communicate the findings with accounting staff；
Prepare monthly regional management reports based on US GAAP and report the results with necessary commentary to business group;
KPI design and progress track/risk mitigation
Tasks assigned by the Headquarter Finance department or regional group leader
Continuously monitor business performance, perform internal control.
Tax compliance and planning.
