TITLE: Chief Accountant LOCATION: JiaDing, ShangHai JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ---GL closing, statutory report preparation, expense analysis, tax declaration and calculation --- Monthly account reconciliation review with Finance Manager ---Ensure appropriate accounting control process complying with company internal control policy and SOX requirement ---Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and ensure that sufficient funds are always available to meet the company’s liabilities ---Coordination with sales department and the accounting colleagues in facilitating sales data operation, including analysis and reporting ---Provide the accounting training for the team members and improve the accounting process ---Other Ad hoc assignments from time to time
REQUIREMENTS - --Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in Accounting/Finance ---4~5+ years working experience in manufacturing companies, 2~3 years experience in the same position in a multinational company --- Be familiar with local tax regulations --- Having accounting certificate is an advance, CPA is preferred; --- Fluent in English --- Experience with Baan system is a plus
