Finance and Accounting Manager (Shanghai)
Qualification:
1, Minimum Diploma Degree
2, Age maximum 35 years
3, Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position, in F&B or retail industry
4, Good analytical, communication, interpersonal skill and leadership skills
5, Strong in planning, decision making and presentation skills
6, Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, attentions to detail, action and result oriented
7, Understand accounting principle and tax regulation
8, Good command in English (in written and verbally), Computer skills
Responsibilities:
1, Preparing Financial Report;
(1)Profit & Loss
(2)Balance Sheet
(3)cash Flow
2, Preparing Yearly Budget;
(1)Expenses
(2)Capital Expenditure
(3)Marketing Expenditure
(4)Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
3, Financial report analysis, provide advice and counsel
4, Cost control and analysis
5, Corporate tax planning and reporting
