Position:
Plant controlling supervisor

location:
Shanghai Anting (has the shuttle bus)


Responsibility:

- Prepare monthly segment/plant cost report;
- Make forecast and budget planning regarding production cost;
- Coordinate segment/plant planning process;
- Analyze material costs and product costs;
- Initiate/Check action plans for production cost deviation achievement.
- Support /optimize the cost / benefit relation and various key figures.
- Calculate GPC/STC/SQV, PPA;
- Calculate Machine tariff
- Prepare monthly plant cost report indicator;
- Do investment controlling for plant/Segment;
- Coordinate cost centre and HC report on the plant level;
- Train new colleagues in plant controlling area;
- Build the team in a long term

Requirement:

- Understanding of production process and cost therewith;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, hands on mentality;
- High readiness to work and ability to learn quickly, capable to work under pressure;
- Mature, smart, strong will to change/improve things
- Bachelor degree or above in economics or business administration;
- Proficiency in English; good at communication and cooperative;
- >5 years Working experience in finance area.
