North East China Finance Controller

The company works through six operational Zones; North America, Latin America North, Latin America South, Western Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, and Asia Pacific, allowing our consumers around the world to enjoy our beers. Together with their growing business in China, their China headquarter is now seeking for a calibre to fill the following position –

Role Purpose:

Reporting to the China Finance Controller, you will be based at Harbin and overlook 14 legal entities in North East Region which include 13 manufacturing plants and 1 trading company. You will be responsible for all finance and accounting issues for this specific region, and lead a large Finance & Accounting team. You will be heavily involved in the communication with all up and down parties, make commercial decision-making, driving business profitability and performance from a financial perspective.

Requirements

1. University degree in accounting/finance

2. CPA/ACCA holder with 10+ years of experience gained in a multinational corporation. FMCG experience is highly desired

3. An accomplished leader who demonstrates previous experience in leading a large team

4. Excellent English communication skills, good communication skills

5. Experience with SAP implementation
