四大+企业背景，熟悉SOX要求以及USGAAP，英语流利；
JD：

Main Responsibility

1. Under corporate finance guidance conduct plant financial management. Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate finance policies and procedures, balance sheet reviews, and internal controls processes;

2. Establish budgeting and forecasting processes, and management reporting systems;

3. Implementing cash management policies under corporate guidance;

4. Executes corporate treasury directions and liaises with bankers and other financing institutions.

5. Control the financial operations of the company;

6. Act as financial advisor to functional and operational peers;

7. Ensure compliance to local statutory filing and reporting requirements;

8. Responsible for tax planning and compliance;

Education and experience requirement学历和经验的要求:

1. 3-4 years and above experience as FC or Finance Manager, working in manufacturing plant is a must;

2. Strong analytical and research skills and a good understanding of knowledge in manufacturing operations.

3. Solid understanding of major factors which will directly result in an organization’s profitability, and hold proactive attitude to control.

4. Good knowledge and implementation skills in internal control (incl. Sarbanes Oxley Act) and risk management.

5. Mastery in all finance functions, esp. SAP, finance reporting (GAAP, IFRS), tax, SOX;

6. Strong communication skills with cross functional departments;

7. High integrity, strategic thinking, open-minded and a good team player;

8. Excellent language skills both in Mandarin and English.
