Reports to (title): International Biz Director Finance Director	Department: Finance
Main Responsibilities 1. Lead and take full responsibility for all issues related to finance. 2. Ensure effectiveness and accuracy of accounting systems. Ensure we remain in compliance with any Sarbanes Oxley internal control requirements as these are developed for the business. 3. Complete all month end, quarter end, year end reporting in line with Corporate and Regional requirements. Manage external audit requirements for IMHK2 4. Develop an effective working relationship with the Abon /IMHK finance team and help ensure that overall site finance activities are conducted efficiently 5. Manage all external activities – tax, banking, etc to ensure we remain in compliance with local Chinese or HK requirements. 6. Act as a business partner with the IMHK2 management team, providing appropriate commercial financial analysis and explanations, together with opportunities for improvement (Sales and margin analysis, cost analysis, working capital). 7. Lead the financial planning process (budget & rolling forecasts). 8. Ensure appropriate credit control policies and procedures are in place to manage risk, and that Receivables are managed and collected in a timely manner.
Qualifications: Key success factors the job holder should have Education: University degree in finance/accounting, MBA or post graduate degree a plus Experience: 8+ years business experience with minimum of 5 years in commercial finance areas, 2-3 years as financial controller. Special Knowledge: Good understanding of integrated ERP packages. Kingdee knowledge useful. Competency in EXCEL and other Microsoft products. Experience of working in a multinational corporation and of USGAAP helpful. Competencies: - Strong learning ability, - energetic and self-motivated, - results oriented, with good analytical skills, - effective communicator, - strong relationship building - negotiation skills, - "Hands on" approach. Fluent oral and written English is a must.
