Title: Basic Plant Controller Physical Location: Zhangjiagang of Jiangsu Major Job responsibilities include: ? Set-up and maintain basic material costing system in Sap ? Monitor and trouble-shoot mass balance process ? Coordinate cost center planning activity ? Analyze non-standard cost ? Forecast product costing ? Participate in other ad-hoc projects Requirements: ? Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or above ? 8+ years of finance and accounting experience ? Manufacturing accounting experience in multinational chemical company is an advantage ? Proven record in all aspects of manufacturing accounting, reporting, and analysis ? Microsoft office proficiency (Excel in particularly) ? Strong analytical skill and ability to handle complex accounting matter with respect to an integrated manufacturing facility with multiple end products ? Proven ability to develop relationships across departments and cultures and to work with site operations staff and Greater China finance team as an effective team member ? Proven record of good oral and written communication in English ? Demonstrated high level of initiative with the ability to work independently and proactively to identify issues and offer solutions ? Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in an environment of changing priorities ? Proven ability to balance attention to detail with broader goals and time limitations ? Contributing to other finance and accounting projects and the implementation of best practices ? Advanced degree and CPA or other professional designation desired, but not a must ? Public Accounting experience especially with the Big 4 is a plus, but not required
