Report to: Assistant Controller – Field Finance

Purpose of the Job:

2 In charge Finance department of Xi’an Market

2 Ensure company policies are adhered to and assets are protected;

2 Provide timely and accurate information to the management for decision-making purposes.

2 Take RSC assignments/projects

Job Size:

2 Xi’an market comprises of:

? 100 stores with annual sales amounted to RMB1.0 Billion

? 30 cities within 5 provinces

? Three legal entities

? One Brand

Job Functions:

2 Make sure accounts for both China GAAP and US GAAP are accurate, closed on time and reports are prepared as required

2 Make sure Company’s control policies and procedures are in place

2 Provide business analysis support to both RSC & Market management

2 Involve in AOP/Forecasting process

2 Provide real time finance related solutions for market business problems.

2 Manage department organization to meet the changing requirements of the business

2 Manage, coach and train subordinates

2 Work cross-functionally and be a business partner of Market Manager

2 Keep & manage the relationship with government authorities such as tax bureaus

2 Manage the relationship with banks, CPAs and government authorities

2 Provide support to other markets when necessary

2 Take special assignments and projects

Working Relationships:

2 Internal:

? Market manager and other department heads; Liaise with RSC Control, Planning and other related functions; Liaise with other Market Finance

2 External:

? Tax Bureau, Banks, Suppliers, Landlords, Finance Bureau, CPA firms, etc

Knowledge and Skill Required:

2 University degree holder

2 10 years and above working experience in Finance and related, at least 5 years on supervisory levels

2 Very conversant with control processes and procedures and China/US GAAP, tax

2 Good command of basic planning and analytical skills

2 Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CGA of China CPA a plus

2 English level: CET 6 or Equivalent

2 High level of integrity

2 Proactive team player

2 Good management and interpersonal skills

This position is based in Xi An.

Salary:15-20k*14+600/M allowance
