PURPOSE&GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: |
1. As a member of the facility Natural Leadership Team, is a key participant in developing vision, mission and strategic objectives for the plant that are aligned to regional and corporate objectives.
2. Ensures that there is an effective and efficient system of internal controls and adherence to corporate policies and governmental regulations (SAFE, tax authority, etc.).
3. Leads financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting processes, including monthly flash, forecast, annual planning, and reports for P&L, costing, inventory, working capital, etc.
4. Communicates Corporate, Business and Plant goals, objectives and results to all levels.
5. Training and Development of local financial or non financial personnel.
6. Develop and implement solutions to improve working capital.
7. Leads proactive development of contingency plans, productivity improvement and corrective actions to ensure facility financial results and shareholder value is optimized. |

Knowledge and Skills required
|
1. Finance/Accounting Bachelor or above
2. Solid understanding of cost accounting and costing principles.
3. Financial analysis and decision making.
4. Broad and deep understanding of internal control processes.
5. With good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
6. Problem solving skills.
7. ERP implementation experience(SAP, QAD preferred)
8. Good written and oral English.
9. Proven supervisory or leadership experience
Qualified or partial qualified accountant. |
