Urgent position of Cost&Reporting Manager.

Jd:
PURPOSE&GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide detailed cost analysis to identify the potential risk of the business from financial point of view.
To provide all levels of accounting financial reporting support to business and ensuring compliance with group guidelines and statuary policy.
Be responsible for the financial controls to support business activities. To ensure compliance with Group, Statutory and Fiscal policies and procedures.
Preparation of accurate budgets and forecast. Including phasing and subsequent control of cash flow to support the spend.
To accurately record, report all expense relative with all cost kinds for all cost centres.
Input financial data into group financial reporting system..
To be responsible for yearly checking and auditing.
To compare expense with the budget and analysis the variance. All variance shall be reported and investigated and reported to senior management.
To complete financial analysis and regular reports required and needs to be able to liaise with the group finance team.
Ensure monthly management reports and reporting packages are prepared and reported within deadline.
To support Finance Controller to meet group’s requirement and other tasks.

Knowledge and Skills required

University education ,major in finance/accounting
At least 3 years costing/reporting experience in manufacturing environment.
Costing and process improvement experience.
Good communication skill in English both verbally and in writing.
Familiar with SAP system or other similar ERP system and office software.
Open, pro-active, work under pressure.
