About Our Client
Our client is a leading renewable energy manufacturing group with substantial China and International operations. Due to their rapid business growth, they are seeking a HQ Finance Manager based in Beijing
Job Description
Reporting to the China CFO you will take full responsibility for all audit, internal controls and operational finance issues across the China business. You will:
- Partner with China factory finance team to lead annual business plan, annual budget and rolling forecast;
- Focus on manufacturing internal controls, systems and audits.
- Drive key performance indicators to meet business goals and optimize profitability
- Provide recommendations on key issues to management team.
- Implement financial process; ensure financial integrity and GAAP compliance.
- Manage assigned task as well as proactively take on ad hoc projects as required in support of business and strategic initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/ACCA qualified is an advantage.
- At least 8 years finance working experience with more than 5 years finance experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
- Solid internal control experience at HQ level in manufacturing industry
- Audit working experience with Big 4 CPA firm is highly preferred.
- Experience in financial analysis is a plus.
- Strong self initiative, analytical, communication and problem solving capabilities.
- Fluent written and speaking English skill.
