具体描述：

Responsibilities:
1.Unit cost accounting supervision, standard cost check;
2.Plant key data supervision including tracking discrete jobs, purchase
order and materials movement;
3.Working in plants regularly to find cost related problems, help solve the
problems and provide weekly finding report;
4.Monthly closing and reconciliation in Oracle, provide US cost calculation
reports;
5.Monthly cost calculation for PRC report and complete cost entries in Kingdee.
6.Inventory accounting supervision, monthly sample count inventory physically;
7.Assist to make budget, and do monthly actual cost and budget comparison
and analysis;
8.Monthly analysis of plant data including output, inventory, variance (R&I) costs;
9.Cost comparisons and analysis, including cost per unit, cost centers and cost
components, provide Monthly Cost Analysis report;
10.Information cost exchange with FN colleague in Headquarters;
11.Assist supervisor make cost and inventory systems and set up cost models;
12.Other tasks assigned by supervisor and requests from plants.

任职要求：

Requirements:
1.Major in accounting or finance with B.A. degrees
2.Over 5 years accounting experience in foreign company, at least 2 years cost accounting experience
3. Good English speaking, reading and writing
4.Good knowledge of ERP system (Oracle or SAP), good computer skill
5.Being proactive and having professional integrity, able to work with under pressure
