Location: 浙江金华

Salary: 10-20K around

report toFM, GM in solid line and to finance director in dotted line.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports including forecasts and budget

- Ensure compliance with the Group’s Financial Policies and Procedures, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local statutory reporting regulations

- Perform variance analysis on monthly accounts, forecasts and budget, including preparation of slides / charts and commentaries for management review.

- Daily preparation of bank and cash balances.

- Liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, authorities & bankers.

- Recruiting, training, and supervision of accounting staffs.

- being a key advisor to senior management on strategic initiatives, financial planning and forecasting, as well as spearhead ad hoc projects as and when required.

- Consolidation experience in a foreign company not a must, but is an added advantage.

Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or CPA or equivalent professional qualification.

- Minimum 6 years of accounting & finance experience with at least 2 years at the management level

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines with minimum supervision.

- Audit experience would be advantageous

- Excellent knowledge of local and international accounting standards and industry best practices

- Familiar with internal controls and work flows

- Possess integrity with high ethical behavior

- Responsible and meticulous, analytical, self-motivated, and result orientated.

- Independent yet a team player, well-developed interpersonal skills

- Good command of the English language, both spoken & written

- Strong Microsoft office application skills as well as good planning and time management skills

- Familiar with one of the prevailing ERP Systems (SAP, MGR Pro etc.)
