岗位职责：

Manage acquisition and divestiture projects through all phases of the process
— Utilize standardized tools to prepare documents for internal approvals from EB/IC as appropriate
— Communicate project updates to GSF M&A, RBU, core team, and GBU
— Work with financial resources to utilize standardized modelling tools to properly value acquisitions and divestitures.
— Recognize when to utilize external advisors (legal, financial, environmental, etc.) and manage their services (minimize cost)
— Establish and manage a core team to accomplish tasks and meet project schedule
— Assure that confidentiality of projects and business information is maintained at all times
— Negotiate with seller/buyer to maximize value to Linde and manage risks.
— Work with legal resources to assure that transaction documents are prepared in accordance with standard practice for the type of transaction.
— Develop and monitor the performance of a post merger integration plan to assure attainment of business plan (Divestitures require management of post closing issues)
