Purpose of the position:	Satisfy tax compliance requirements, fulfill daily tax operations and provide in house tax consultancy to improve tax efficiency
Principle accountability:	Describe 'what' task is performed, 'why' it is performed and 'how' it is performed Timely and accurate submission of tax returns; Professional tax opinions in internal consultancy; Tax efficiency and compliance
Technical knowledge base:	Major in Finance/Tax; Experience of tax consulting with Big 4 firms; Industrial in-house tax experience
Team and resource management:	Internal: BU's, operating companies, FS, Controlling; External: Tax authorities, auditors
Decision making:	Principal responsible for the quality and timeliness of various tax returns. Information Provider for tax efficiency topics and Decision Initiator for tax compliance requirements
Financial impact:	High impact on net profit
Interpersonal skills and networking:	Strong interpersonal communication skills required
Problem solving and innovative thinking:	Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
