Finance manager
要求：一定要有SSC项目经验，有SAP系统实施经验优！
懂中国本地税法、账务、税务业务，最好有在中国本地建立共享事务中心的经验！
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Job Description: Finance Manager- Shared Services
· Responsible for implementation of Finance Shared Services projects for clients in China
· Drive implementation of various process & system improvements
· Implement Shared Services organization & Governance Structure
· Lead project governance meetings
· Communicate project status & milestones on a regular basis to clients
· Guide & manage the operations team in service delivery
· Ensure KPIs & SLAs of the Shared Service Center are met
2. Skill Set Required:
· 8-10 years experience in Shared Services setup & operations in China
· Exposure to the lifecycle of at least 1 end to end SSC project, preferably captive
· Good knowledge of Finance & Accounts processes
· Good knowledge of Chinese local tax/legal/accounting requirements
· Hands on exposure to SAP ERP system is preferred
· Exposure to optimization tools like document management , workflow, portal etc
Additional qualities would be excellent client management skills, ability to work with senior management side from client organizations, multi-geo sensitivities, good power point and presentation skills
