Responsibilities:
1、Financial analysis and reporting;
2、Budget and forecast;
3、Pricing/Sales/Margin/profitability analysis for improvement
4、Update the industry information
5、Support and evaluate business plans (short-term & long-term) to provide analytical information to management for decision making
6、Review and validate the price setting in terms of retail price, consumer discount, HQ transfer price etc. for harmonization within the group and making the brands stay competitive on the market
7、Take the lead of Finance IT projects and/or improvement project of financial system
8、Support to prepare ad hoc management reports


Requirements:
1、University degree or above in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
2、A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in preparing, interpreting & communicating financial statements in the retail industry
3、Familiar with ERP system
4、Analytical and ability to deal effectively with upper management
5、Initiative and ability to work independently
6、Ability to lead a team and/or projects across departments
7、Good self organization and communication skills
8、Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
9、Relevant retail industry experience
