岗位职责

Report to : Finance Controller of HQ and General Manager of Asia Pacific

Job Duties:
1、Manage the Company’s financial activities and operation in Hong Kong and PRC (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou)
2、Establish and oversee the Finance department in Hong Kong and PRC
3、Co-ordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of financial accounting personnel and related systems
4、Supervise, control and direct the Finance function to address the financial control needs of the Company
5、Direct the collection of financial and accounting information and the preparation of budgets, reports and consolidated Profit and Loss reports on a PRC statutory basis as well as a tax basis
6、Control Company activities such as taxation, credit policy, cash flow costing and expense control, preparation of tenders, audits administration of contracts, insurance arrangements, bank account administration, cash management and property leases
7、Monitor and evaluate Finance Function performance against strategies and objectives. Report to Business Management on key operational issues and results
8、Provide financial reports and interpretations to management
9、Give assessments of proposals including financial expenditure and of the financial status of operational projects
10、Assist in monitoring and enforcing Foreign Corrupt Practices Act controls
11、Report to world-wide controller on financial results, monthly and quarterly closes,
Work with world-wide controller and legal counsel to administer and maintain inter-company transfer pricing, loan and intellectual property agreements.
