岗位职责

? Work closely with each business function (on both Marketing exp and OPEX) to set up short-term and long-term SG&A plans, incl. monthly fcst, annual budget, 3 year plan.
? Monitor and manage result to achieve forecast accuracy of +/- 5%.
? Provide SG&A analysis to assist appropriate decision making on resource deployment; Highlight risks and explore opportunities.
? work closely with Category Sales and Merchandising teams to develop short-term and long-term business plan, focusing on Revenue and Margin.
? Monitor actual performance and provide variance analysis.
? Assist Category GM to perform various kinds of Business analysis.
? Lead Capex planning and reporting, focusing on quarterly review and annual budget.
? Lead AR (Appropriation Request) process as the major point of contact for Greater China.
? Other ad hoc assignment.
