Responsibilities:

1. Establish, manage and direct local accounting policies and procedures and oversee all financial functions, including monthly financial reporting, quarterly business forecasts, taxation, insurance and treasury areas.

2. Well versed in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and PRC Accounting Principles

3. Lead and interface with local managers and ensure that the overall long and short term goals are in-line with company strategy and are achieved.

4. Responsible for formulating annual business plans understanding income and expense drivers of local enterprise.

5. Provide leadership in the area of information technology & human resources as needed.

6. Lead, develop, support and direct local subordinates conducting periodic performance reviews, providing needed feedback to HR and Senior managers as needed.

7. Responsible for protection of company's assets by implementing sound internal controls through out the organization.

8. Carry out company's policies & procedures in conjunction with applicable local & international laws and regulations

9. Interface with out side audit firms in completing annual external audits

10. Liase with Operations on a regular basis to maximize business profits

11. Communicate with HQ on overall business issues as and when necessary

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years prior management experience

2. 10 years Accounting experience of which 5 years in a manufacturing business. Require good understanding of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.

3. Must have a thorough understanding of all accounting functions and analysis as well as experience in preparing and presenting financial statements in conforming to US GAAP and PRC GAAP.

4. Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is essential.

5. Bachelor's Degree, CPA Certification
