岗位职责

Coordinate, administer and control financial operations for China and her foreign subsidiaries including Japan, Hong Kong, Denmark and Israel.
Provide tax, insurance and other reports required for governmental regulations.
Review, analyze and interpret financial and budgetary reports.
Direct all aspect of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecast for all her foreign subsidiaries.
Oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements under USGAAP as well as per local requirements of each country.
Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Establish process and procedures to allow outsourcing of corporate level related activities in a low cost manner to China.
Outsourcing includes but is not limited to Accounts receivable, Accounts payable and specific general ledger accounts reconciliation.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Full charge month end close
Year end audits and statutory reporting for all foreign subsidiaries: China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Europe and Israel.

Tax filling, compliance and planning for all foreign subsidiaries.
Manage and develop corporate international tax structure in conjunction with corporate controller.
Manage non corporate finance staff in all foreign subsidiaries.
Transition US corporate level activities to China low cost environment. Activities include but are not limited to worldwide accounts receivable (coordinating with revenue manager), worldwide accounts payable and reconciliation of specific general ledger accounts.
Budget versus actual analysis for all foreign subsidiaries.

Budget and forecast preparation for all foreign subsidiaries.
Support SOX implementation and compliance
