The position is from a telecom,utility and lighting US company

Physical office / base location (工作地点): 上海 Shanghai

Managers (上级管理人员):

· Direct (直接汇报人岗位): 中国区总裁 China President

· Functional (职能汇报)：亚太区财务总监 APAC Finance Director

Areas / Scope of Responsibility (岗位职责):

· Supervision & Financial Control: Monthly Closings, Asset Control, Working Capital Management

· Forecasting: Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly + Annual Operating Plans

· Financial Reporting: U.S. GAAP

· Operations control and management reporting

- Plant dashboards

- Margin control, efficiency monitoring

· Management of tax and treasury activities

· Investment analysis and preparation

· Maintenance of internal controls, including Sarbanes Oxley Act compliance

Requirements (任职资格要求):

EDUCATION:

· Required: Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Accounting or Finance

· Preferred: Master’s Degree (e.g. MBA)

EXPERIENCES:

· Minimum Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive experience

· Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the industry (e.g. telecom, utility, and/or lighting)

- Experience with a multi-national company (e.g. US-based)

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

· Functional:

- General accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting

- Advanced knowledge of local tax and banking systems

· Technical:

- Microsoft Office tools

- Business systems and ERP software

· Leadership: Ability to lead people and projects

· Languages Required: Mandarin & English fluent

· Other:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (e.g. presentations)

- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
