Our Client is a global famous airline company.

Financial Services Officer Job Description:

-Ensure revenue data is properly entered into the computerized accounting system.
-Handle cash receipts & accounts receivable processes.
-Assist with follow-up of long outstanding trade debts.
-Maintain vendor records and process supplier invoices.
-Establish, maintain and reconcile accounting records in General Ledger.

-Liaise with Head Office, other departments and ports in resolving accounting related matters.
-Identify any non-compliance of internal control procedures.
-Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

-University/college graduate in the field of accounting, finance, or business management.
-Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal control concepts.
-Related working experience is preferred.
-Skillful in Excel and other office software.
-Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua.
-Good customer services & interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility.

-Holding Shanghai Hukou.
