职位: Sr. Finance Analyst 部门: Finance 主管 (职位): Senior Finance Manager –Planning & Analysis

工作目标

Assist the line manager to optimize overall financial planning process, deliver reliable planning data ,monitor the business operation on regular basis and ensure the implement of financial results.

工作主要职责

1. Preparing budget and rolling forecast.

2. Submit planning package accurately and timely

3. Lead the communication and coordination among various departments regarding data collection and corresponding planning for analysis purpose

4. Make deviation analysis, actual vs. budget/forecast, indentify the root cause and recommend actions for improvement

5. Work directly with business departments’ managers to propose / implement financial targets.

6. Serve as supply chain and manufacturing team as finance partner to provide timely and accurate data support to support decision making

工作评估标准

1. Can prepare budget independently.

2. Ensure all planning timelines are met, data are accurate and timely, process are kept optimizing

3. Can handle the cross function conflict actively and independently during planning preparation and implementation

背景

学历要求:	University degree with major in finance/business/economics
工作经验:	1. 3 years above working experiences with MNC, FMCG preferred. At least 2 years in costing ,analysis or planning role 2. Strong functional and technical skills in Finance 3. Strong leadership skills in sense of urgency and result and performance driven
