Duties and responsibilites
l Interfaces
? Internal: Group/Country Functions, Local Division Controller, Global Product Group Controller, Global BU Controller
? External: Auditor, Customer, Vendor, Local authorities
l Responsibilities
? Finance Department
ü Managing the team of accounting and controlling professionals to maintain a stable and efficient daily operation of the finance department.
ü Implementing and maintain policies and procedures to ensure reporting system comply with US GAAP, PRC GAAP, Tax requirement respectively.
ü Implementing and managing the financial aspect of an ERP system (SAP) to ensure capability in reporting and analysis.
ü Implementing and maintain internal control system to ensure comply with SOX requirement.
ü Development cost model and profitability calculation to support the pricing of the product.
ü Development and presentation of reports for the Management Team of the company, Business Units managers in head quarter and Board.
ü Organize and instruct annual budget and forecast, monitor the variances between budget and actual results to support management actions.
ü Management and coordination of external and internal audit requirements, review audit result and implement improvement.
ü Financial risk management (Commercial, Credit Control, Foreign exchange exposures)
? Company wide
ü Act as integrity officer of the company; ensure compliance of daily operation in the company.
ü Review and approve the investment plan, T&E and significant purchasing activities.
ü Review and approve pre-calculation in tender and contract stage, involve in project analysis after execution for deviation analysis and improvement.
ü Project risk review
ü Monitoring the cost level, NWC and cash flow, implement KPIs, projects and actions for improvement.
ü Support GM and cross function department in daily business, provide professional financial analysis and advice.
ü Coordinate the effective operation of the IT department.
Requirements (Education, leadership, special skills, experience etc.):
ü Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration etc.
ü Above 5 years relevant working experience
ü Proficiency in MS Office and ERP(ideally with SAP)
ü Good inter-personal skills. Result and customer orientation
