公司：500强美资工厂，有1000人以上，亚太区主要的生产基地

职位描述如下：

Fixed Assets Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Daily
1. Handle FA AP. make sure the AP entries in SAP 100% accurate and timely
2. Deal with FA disposal, make sure all the disposal processes meet Wrigley policy requirement, and make sure all disposal entries in SAP 100% accurate and timely
3. FA Down payment, make- sure all DP processes meet Wrigley policy requirement, and make sure all DP entries in SAP 100% accurate and timely.
Weekly
FA AP cash forecast make sure cash forecast accuracy in the range 96.5% to 103.5%
Periodically
Make sure all below periodically job 100% accurate and timely before period closing
1.Send out email on "Cut-off Date for FA"
2.Send out List of To-be-invoiced PO list to Purchaser
3.DP to 74000
4.DP Review
5.AUC accrual
6.SQ01 VS ZPAR2
7.AUC to FA
8.PAR settle
9.Clear Open Commitment
10.BIDS adjustment
11.Asset Scrap/ Run depreciation
12.FA / Depreciation Business Area check by MOE
13.EUR payment list provide for evaluation
14.Currency Adjustment to AUC for evaluation
15.PP&E report
16.Notice close AA module
17.Filling FA documents
18.Provide periodically FA payment cash forecast to treasury team.
19.Prepare the periodically movement of FA, AUC and Depreciation.
Quarterly
1.Provide 100% accurate and timely quarterly FA reports include Q23, Q28 etc.
2.ICSA FA part
3.Review the list of Fixed Assets been taken out of factory.
4.Check the label for new FA add in quarter.
Yearly
1.Provide 100% accurate and timely yearly FA reports include Q23, Q28 etc.
2.Organize and lead annually FA physical count for whole factory and finish annual physically count report.
3.Support internal and external audit for FA part
4.Provide FA training to Finance department and whole factory

Requirements:
Must:
Bachelor degree;
FA relevant experience in Foreign company for 3 years;
Good at oral and written English;
Good communication Skill;
Good Team player;
Good at time management and tasks priority arrangement;
Can work independent;
diligent

Prefer:
Strong FA background in multinational company (factory)
