Position: accountant

Working experience and qualifaction:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting.

3. Accounting experience gained from trading or manufacturing companies preferred.

4. Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/HKICPA) is preferred.

Skill and Other Requirements:

1. Good command of English and Cantonese. Ability to use English as working language.

2. Have a strong accounting background. Understand HK GAAP and HK tax declaration and accounting practice.

3. Have a good understanding of Quickbooks and must be familiar with Excel application.

4. Can travel freely to HK. Cantonese would be a big bonus.

5. Can handle full set of account independently.

6. Have understanding of financial internal control system.

7. Responsible, integrity, detail-oriented, good team player.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for handling the daily accounting function including General ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets etc.

2. Verify staff expense reimbursement reports and vendors payment applications.

3. Responsible for PO & Invoice processing in Quickbooks. Ensure the accounts in Quickbooks are consistent with accounts in Super ERP.

4. Work with manager to implement accounting procedure to enhance finance control and provide support to the company business.

5. Responsible for HK tax declaration and HK employees social welfare issues..

6. Responsible for month end and year end closing process and prepare financial statements and internal management reports.

7. Responsible for dealing with external auditors, banks and other government authorities.

8. Cooperate with the affiliate company’s accounting team in the affiliated transactions and fixed assets management.
