Position 1: Sr. Accountant

Reports To: Greater China Accounting Manager

Job Location: Beijing

Job Summary
- A key member of the China GFS team
- Performs the accounting and tax compliance functions for China WOFEs
- Work with different core-finance members to ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting records.
- Manage the month end closing for WOFEs in Bejing and local statutory reporting.
- Maintaining good records filing for accounting and statutory purpose

Job Description
- Co-ordinates with field finance, ITC, HR, Legal and other departments for tax and statutory compliance in preparing financial statements and registrations with the local authorities.
- Manage month end closing for WFOEs.
- Account reconciliation and driving problem solving.
- Preparing statutory book and reconciling the Corp book vs Statutory book monthly.
- Preparing and Submitting all government requested reports on time.
- Supporting internal and external audit and annual inspection.
- Communicate in a way that is timely, concise and responsive
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement of process

Requirements
- CPA is required
- MNC experience is required.
- Over 5 years working experience and with supervisory experience.

Position 2: Project Co-ordinator

Reports To: GC Accounting Manager

Job Location: Beijing

Job Summary
1. Oversees the intergration projects in PRC
2. Participate in the Tax and Audit review on the integration project
3. Oversees the Consolidation projects in PRC
4. Monitor the progress of the integration and consolidation and manages the tax compliance.
5. Maintenance of proper fiduciary controls in the business operations during the integration
6. Liase with outside professional advisors including with legal and CPA
7. Involve in the GL close during the integration to ensure proper accounting in M&A

Job Description
Additional Requirements:
Team orientation.
Results and process driven.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of PRC tax and statutory rules and regulations.
12+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
CPA or Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
3+ years of PRC work experience.
Multinational (especially US) experience.
Mandarin and English language fluency
