具体要求和岗位职责：
Our Client is a famous company in the world, currently, they are looking for:
Title of position:       Finance Controller
Location:      Hangzhou
Reports to:               CFO, China

Role:
1.The incumbent will be fully responsible to ensure the delivery of excellent and timely financial support to the entities in the China region and to support business growth via organic growth and/or mergers and acquisitions. This includes reviewing the processes and controls to ensure that the existing framework meets corporate and operational requirements effectively and efficiently.

2.Oversee daily financial operation and be in charge of accounting and financial reporting, ensure compliance with local GAAP and US GAAP.
l Aim for continuous improvement in efficiency using ERP and other process enhancements.
l Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and manage company cash flow.
l Ensure sound control system in place by promoting controls awareness among management and operational staff, carrying out controls compliance tests on regular basis and following up on comments from internal auditors.
l Provide financial support for management decisions in the development of the China operations including margin analysis by division, commission and bonus scheme, contract review etc.
l Support mergers and acquisitions imitative to drive business growth.
l Handle local tax issues and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
l Manage IT function.
l Lead and manage a team of 6 subordinates and demonstrated experience of managing remote teams.
Requirements:
lAt least 10 years experience with 5 years above in a managerial role in a multinational company preferably in human resource service industry; auditing experience will be an added advantage
l CPA, ACCA or equivalent
l Excellent knowledge of PRC GAAP and US GAAP
l Strong business acumen with good understanding of the business and able to work with business leaders
l Possess the highest standard of honesty and integrity
l Strong presentation skills and communication skills
l M&A exposure will be a big plus
l Proven management skills in coaching, delegating and motivating staff
l Fluent in English and Mandarin
