Job Title: Finance Manager - Manufacturing

Location(s): Shanghai

Business Unit: Shanghai Manufactory

Supervises: Direct: Costing Accountant, Costing Supervisor

FLSA Status: Exempt

Variable Compensation: Annual Incentive Program

Summary: Manages the analysis and evaluation of manufactory financial KPI, cost control and other initiatives in accordance with organization objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. In charge of monthly closing, provide manufactory reporting and variance analysis to Division and Corporate.

2. In charge of manufactory monthly closing, provide manufactory Financial/KPI reports with variance analysis to Division and Corporate.

3. Formulates recommendations and implements policies and process to strength internal control, lead manufactory SOX.

4. In charge of manufactory monthly closing, provide manufactory Financial/KPI reports with variance analysis to Division and Corporate.

5. Lead manufactory Cost saving analysis, monthly forecast, annual budgeting/Strategy Plan, set up process, identify the opportunity and risk, help Managing Director drive the profitability growth.

6. Build up manufactory finance team, strengthen the costing analysis capability.

7. Cost deduction and expense control in the aspect of manufactory.

8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education: BA/BS in business field, CPA or other Finance Certification is a plus.

Experience:

1. Five (5) to Seven (7) years of directly related experience (at least 3 years experience at multinational company)

2. At least 3+ years experience at manufactory accounting/finance, costing analysis, inventory control.

Skills: Managerial skills.

Excellent communication skills and mature personality

Familiar with spreadsheets, power point and data base application

Excellent English Skill
