Sales Operation Manager - E09 - URGENT (--- 山东:济南)
Job Objective
Lead on the sales force management to ensure accurate performance evaluation to all the sales people, identify the areas need improve, drive sales effectiveness & efficient, drive business discipline
Partner with sales team on the key partner management and performance evaluation
Responsibility
Drive accountability of performance management by people
Identify the top performer and bottom performer in the organization
Tracking on the Field Force target achievement progress to give the team a clear understanding whether they are ahead/on/behind the schedule. Asking the action plans and timelines actively and passively, following the result
Improve business effectiveness & efficiency by keeping on driving the optimizing deployment of resources
Ensure business strategy and rules are implemented accordingly
Lead to audit business discipline and help to improvement on regional level
Check and audit the business discipline execution through verifying sales data accuracy and other channel feedback
Target setting and performance evaluation of key account, such as FSD, FD, DTR, MS and operator
Provide account evaluation for account upgrade and downgrade
Lead KR/KW, FD program execution on regional level
Evaluate the account performance
Ensure that decisions are made in the best interest of Motorola. Ensure resources are optimally deployed
Manage retail sell-out incentive calculation and payment to key partner & clerk
Requirements:
Experience and Knowledge
4-6 years working experience in sales and marketing, business process consulting, or sales operations environment
Familiar with cross-functional coordination, marketing support, performance measurement, service and support management, and business
benefit management
Rich knowledge of the Telecom and IT industry
Competencies and skills:
Significant line management capability and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong communication, inter-personal, coordination skills
Proficient in metrics development and measurement
Ability to work, learn, problem-solve and leverage independently
Possess the ability to embrace new knowledge and extend it for betterment
Good team player, influencer and leader
Proficient in English
Education:
Bachelor degree in business administration/business operations or any equivalent qualifications
