Position: Financial Controller (60K-80K/Month)

A company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and provide oversight of the finance & accounting functions, working in conjunction with the head office and regional controllers as well as other accounting personnel

• Develop and oversight a regional profitability management and reporting to senior executive for business management and decision

• Able to manage the financial audits and liaison with the external auditors and regulatory bodies

• Ensure all regulatory obligations are met across the region, such as Stock Exchange, Securities Commission, SOX, Taxation, and Legal & Compliance requirements

• Possess the professional expertise, technical skills, management experience and commercial acumen so as to add value as a member of senior executive team

• Possess the leadership skill and guidance to lead and implement proper processes and procedures for operational efficiency and effectiveness

• Proven track record at a senior management level

• Managing corporate financial negotiations and acting as a financial advisor to Executive Director on strategic business investments and development opportunities, M&A and organization restructuring matters

• Prepare financial planning, budgeting, consolidation and reporting

• Review of systems/procedures to safeguard the group against any possible business and financial risks

Requirement:

• University degree with qualified accountant (ACCA/HKSA) and big-four experience

• Minimum of 10 years working experience and finance management experience, of which at least 5 years are gained at corporate level with listed companies in HK;

• Well versed with SEHK listing compliance and statutory requirements;

• Sound knowledge of group consolidation and budgeting

• Experienced in corporate financial negotiations incl. rights issue, syndicate loan, M&A matters;

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
