我们在给一家天津开发区的世界500强食品公司招聘FinanceController，具体要求如下：

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Flexibility in future relocation - Manage the financial activities of the company to ensure it complies with China & US Statutory and Tax Regulations and Legislation. - Ensure Financial practices & policies adopted and practiced are in accordance to China & US GAAP. - Ensure Financial Statements, forecasts and budgets are of a high standard and timely prepared to meet the tight reporting schedule - Analyze the monthly, quarterly and annual financial results and provide the management team with a clear understanding of the financial performance and the financial effects / implications of business plans and strategies - Proactively identify deviations and establish action plans to take corrective actions when required (key indicators). - Support the management team in the achievement of the profitability target. - Ensure compliance with US Sarbanes Oxley requirements. - Partner to the JV General Managers in ensuring commercial decisions are sound and timely executed, the appropriate governance are in place to ensure the company activities are in compliance with China & US Laws.

REQUIREMENTS: - University graduate in Finance/Accounting or related subject; - at least 8 years of working experience. - Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese; - Good communication skills and interpersonal skills; - Added advantage if have experience in SAP, Kingdee, worked in US MNC (therefore understanding Sarbanes Oxley requirement), worked in China JV (thus know how to manage JV partner) - Flexibility in future relocation
