Title:         Financial Director  Of  FinancialController

Report to:     CEO

Location:     ChangZhou

Act as a key business partner to seniormanagement, providing them with sound financial advice

Responsibilities:

•      Responsible for thefinancial management of the operation, the Financial Controller will exercisecontrol over reporting and cash flow processes, manage the budgetary andforecast cycles and provide direction on all tax planning and treasury matters

•      Responsible forfinancial reporting and budgeting

•      Enhance the controllingsystem to ensure a good cost management by providing cost transparency

•      Organise the informationflow and shares expertise within the team

•      Prepare all necessary USreporting documents which should comply with US GAAP Standard

•      Draft technicalaccounting memos, prepare group financial statements including monthly and quarterlyforecasts, P&L analysis and variance analysis in accordance with US GAAP

•      Ensure accountingprocedures are properly applied in compliance with legislation in force

•      Ensure the financialstability of the company and has to manage the cash management by workingclosely together with other managers and banks

•      Aware that effectivemanagement of his department contributes to the subsidiary's profitability andgrowth

•      Communicate with localtax bureaus, tax advisors and external consultants for special projects asnecessary.

•      Play a key role innegotiations with business partners in reviewing and advising on potentialbusiness ventures or acquisitions

Requirements:

•      Degree inAccounting/Finance or related discipline

•      Related work experiencewithin US listed companies，Familiar with IPO Compliance System, US GAAP and internationalaccounting standards

•      CPA qualification (e.g.CICPA, ACCA) is highly preferred

•      Strong financial controland operation background

•      Have solid financialoperations work experience in high-tech industry and IR experience is highlypreferable

•      Good communication andanalytical skills

•      Effective planning andorganizational skills

•      Leadership potentials, astrong team player

•      Fluent in English andMandarin
