Finance Manager

Responsibilitieswill include:

n  Provide Beijing Management withfinancial analysis, business modeling, and decision support.  Work with business partners to identifyappropriate metrics to track and evaluate performance

n  Assistin the creation of monthly Expense and Capital Forecasts for the BeijingEngineering team.  Perform Actual vs. Forecast varianceanalysis and continuously drive Forecast accuracy improvements

n  Become the resident Finance expertfor the Beijing site.  Hold trainings onrelevant topics such as travel policy, expense reimbursement, and PurchaseRequisition process

n  Support the NPI process for all newproducts driven out of Beijing.  Sit onthe weekly cross-functional Program team meetings and help Forecast and tracknew Program expenses

n  Continuously seek out and identifyprocess improvement opportunities and drive them to completion

n  Work very closely with the outsourcedBeijing Accounting team to support monthly close activities including POaccruals, Flux Analysis, and Fixed Asset Capitalization

n  Manage one Financial Analyst

JobRequirements:

n  10+ years of experience in FP&A with at least 2 years of peoplemanagement experience

n  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

n  Excellent English written and verbal skills with the ability to workcollaboratively with all levels of employees in bothChina and the US

n  Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

n  Prior experience with SAP, Cognos TM1, or other Financial Systems
