受世界500强的客户委托，寻找一名资深Finance Controlling Mgr.　详细要求如下：

- leading a group of 15 people

- internal and external reporting including its further development

- Product calculation

- Controlling including variance analysis of cost center, budgets, hourly rates etc.

- development of further key figures together with respectice departments

- Month End Closing and year end closing

- Internal Audit

- Budget and Forecast planning

- Service Level Agreement and Transferpricing

- Contact for all controlling issues inside and outside the plant

Requirements:

- university degree (MBA or similar)

- min. 7 year working experience with above topics in a multinational (preferred European) company

- min 3-4 years leading experience

- strong personality in order to push through the achievement of the business plan targets

- good IT knowledge (preferred SAP)

- logical and analytical way of thinking

- independent way of working

- strong communication skills in English and Mandarin

- can bear high pressure
