Title: Field Controller( Great China)

Location: Shanghai

Responsibility:

. Demonstrate strong knowledge of basic bottling operating processes and internal control

. Coordinate and support JVs to perform accurate and timely financial reporting processes; and support JVs’ Audit Committee works, where applicable

. Recommend / develop / disseminate Best Control Practice tools on bottling operation in order to maintain compliance with Company's requirement

. Coordinate / support/ Bu control initiatives – close cycle reduction, balance sheets reviews, risk assessment, standard chart of account, JV governance, etc.

. Coordinate / support preparation for and follow-up on Corporate Audit work

. Coordinate KPMG financial review and Corporate Tax medicals

. Perform US reporting requirements – deferred tax, 5471 US tax package, goodwill, etc.

. Lead financial due diligence work and opening B/S development

. Provide training to JV finance personnel on control requirements as appropriate
