Company Background:

A European company with more than 300 people in China in marine business. Currently our marine business is under 6 Rep offices (Shanghai, Beijing, Dalian, Qingdao, Guangzhou and Wuhan), and these Rep offices 代表处 will be moved to WFOE 独资企业 in this year. The finance operation is centralized in Shanghai, no finance staff in other offices.

Company Location: Shanghai Huangpu District, Central of Shanghai

Payment: The annual salary will be 200k - 300k depends on the qualification.

Responsibility

General Ledger


Month end closing


Finance reporting
Credit Control


Cashflow management


Tax and audit contact


Budget and forecast

Requirements

Bachelor degree
Major in finance/accounting


5+ years finance related working experience in Foreign Enterprise
Experience in statutory and management report


Experience in budget preparation


Knowledge in ERP system operation
Good English skill

CPA certificate AND Big Four experiences is plus

CPA certificate AND Big Four experiences is plus

CPA certificate AND Big Four experiences is plus

Team to Lead:

There're a couple of accounting clerks under this position's supervision, such as cashier, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit controller.
