Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities of the position include:


Completing the staffing of the Finance function and ensure every employee knows their job responsibilities & objectives and they are clearly tied and aligned with the business

Ensure the whole Shanghai organization has acceptable biz controls

Lead the Shanghai organization toward achieving a world class cost structure in every aspect of the value chain

Lead the organization toward achieving short term operational and longer term strategic financial objectives

This candidate must possess:

1.Strong team-building and leadership skills. The role will manage a team of Financial Analysts and must be able to lead and develop these team members
2.Initiative to take business information and turn it into insights and action by assigning ownership and ensuring follow-through
3.Business initiatives demand a new way of thinking about the business model and openness to trying new ideas and deconstructing barriers
4.Solid business judgment to make critical decisions/recommendations in a complex business and organization
5.Good team-player and able to work well across different businesses, functions and geographies
6.Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
