Job Description:
Responsible for company’s overall Finance, Administration&import, export matters. Initiate, plan and organize of the finance & administration department developments Follow up the inputs (costs) and outputs of departments operation Perform, organize to Create, provide and count for the financial reports Establish,maintain the company working processes Plan, organize stock taking Credit Control process inprovement&Management Identify, evaluate, recommend suggestions or actions for improvement of OR Scala system maintenance and usage training SOPIC system introduction and use development Initialize, organize activities to have the office well kept in proper condition Contacts with authorities i.e. taxation, Industrial&Commerence Bureau etc. Import and export :Building up communication channels with governmental & customs departments; Continuously monitoring and studying legislation changes on import/export to communicate with relative departments timely and ensure company operations complying with government laws, regulations and policies;Managing all import/export logistics activities to ensure customer satisfaction as well sound governance. Establish and maintain company administration and financial policy Manage the company administration matters. Act as key player in business strategic changes.
