2、工厂地址在亦庄，行业前几名，直接向老外汇报；
3、部门架构：一名财务经理和一名会计；
4、薪资范围：月薪13K—20K。

Job Description
Position: Finance Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor with major in Finance or Accounting, Accountant Qualification
Location: Beijing
Experience: For more than 8 years of related working Financial experience, with 3 year in leader position
Reporting to: Direct line report to Plant Manager, dot line report to Finance
Controller (Shanghai based)
Requirements:
Obtaining a professional accounting qualification like CPA, ACCA is an advantage
Knowledge of Chinese Accounting Principles and regulatory frameworks
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
Experience in Cost Accounting is an advantage
Familiar with application of accounting computer software
Fluent English in both writing and speaking
Strong communication, supervision and influence skills
Self motivation and self management

Duties & Responsibilities:
Leads the finance/Accounting function in subsidiary level
Reporting and supervising of inventory and cost reporting
Responsible for fund management and cash flow reporting
Responsible for local insurance and reporting
Responsible for tax reporting and management
Responsible for both statutory and Hyperion reporting
Budgeting and internal control/ reporting
Local IT co-ordination
Other assigned job
