Responsibility (职责):
- Strengthen internal control system.
- Enhance system and operation efficiency.
- Formulate, implement and enforce accounting principles and practices which are consistent with corporate standards, legal requirements and company directives.
- Prepare management reporting for all business units.
- Manage monthly financial closings；monitor and review all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis； and complete all required corporate and local statutory reportings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and control departmental and manufacturing costs, approve payments and supporting invoices.
- Define and establish standard cost of good sold.
- Responsible for inventory and capital expenditure control.
- Provide cashflow forecast and handle cash management.
- Assist the Division Controller to prepare monthly forecast, strategic plan and annual budget.
- Liaise with bankers for financing arrangement.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for auditing works.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
- Provide financial highlights to assist local management to streamline operation, improve profitability, develop marketing strategy and cost reduction plan, etc.
- Work with US-based Division Controller on consolidation and sub-consolidation of entities and coordination of accounting activities.
- Supervise the MIS department and define IT direction of the company.
- Supervision of the Accounting Department staff, including assisting with problem resolution as necessary with other departments.
- Participate in operations review and other management meetings as necessary.
- Understand and follow applicable Company and Division practices, policies, and procedures. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures within the location.
Skills and Qualifications Requires (需具备的技能和条件):
1. Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Accounting / Finance.
2. CPA Certification (Experience considered in lieu of certification).
3. Well versed in PRC accounting and tax law.
4. Minimum 4 years experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry with exposure to standard cost systems.
5. Detail oriented with at least two years experience in management position.
6. Must be able to generate financial statements, forecasts, and budgets and coordinate communication within the company. Familiar with US GAAP.
7. Understand business processes in the manufacturing industry.
8. Experience of new system integration project management.
9. Big picture, strong leadership and good communication. |
